Payment FAQ
Common questions about payments and financing
For card and instant payment methods, you are charged when your order is confirmed. For Klarna Pay in 3, the first installment is charged at purchase — the remaining two are collected every 30 days. For long-term financing, your first payment is due when the item ships.
Klarna Pay in 3 (interest-free) is available on orders from €50. Long-term financing (6–36 months) is available on orders over €200. Approval is subject to Klarna's credit assessment.
Klarna performs a soft credit check for Pay in 3, which does not affect your credit score. Long-term financing requires a standard credit check. All checks are instant and handled securely by Klarna.
If you return your order within our 14-day return period, Klarna will cancel or adjust your payment plan automatically. Any payments already made will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR). Your bank may apply a small currency conversion fee if your account is in a different currency. We do not charge any additional currency fees.
We never store your card details. All payment data is processed securely by Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). If you choose to save your card for faster checkout, the encrypted token is stored by Shopify — not by Xvelo.
